And better yet, these round deli containers are BPI® Certified Compostable to compost within 180 days in a commercial composting facility, which may not exist in your area. These eco-friendly deli containers, made from compostable materials, are perfect for the needs and requirements of the food service industry as well as the individual consumer who is concerned about sustainability! With a perfect design for consumers and restaurant owners, these green cold deli containers meet the new labeling requirements for compostable food service products in Washington State and Colorado. Effective in 2024, these laws require certain compostable products to be labeled in ways that make them “readily and easily identifiable” as compostable.
