What Are Eco-Friendly PLA Clamshells Made From?

Eco-friendly PLA Clamshells are made from corn. The cornstarch is heated and processed and then molded into the shape of the clamshells. Since the PLA is derived from corn, a natural plant. PLA Clamshells are compostable in a compost facility within 180 days and certified for composability by CMA.

Products are packaged in recyclable paperboard and polyolefin plastic wrap. Please recycle all packaging where available. Recycling facilities may not be available in all areas.
