Frequently asked questions about Cling Wrap:

Is cling wrap microwave safe?

No, cling wrap is not microwave safe. The cling wrap can melt and possibly contaminate the food. It is better to use a paper towel to cover the food when microwaving.

Is clear wrap for food recyclable?

No, cling wrap is not generally recyclable in curbside recycling programs. A better option is compostable cling wrap, which can be composted in a commercial compost facility, which may not be available in all areas.

How do you use cling film / cling wrap with slide cutter?

The best way to use cling wrap with a slide cutter is to position the bowl or container in front of the box, pull out the cling wrap so that it covers the bowl, wrap the front edge of the bowl, then slide the cutter and wrap the back edge of the bowl.
