World Centric® compostable 6" knife, fork, and spoon cutlery set are made from PLA (polymer made from plants) and Talc (mineral filler). The cutlery kit includes an unbleached post-consumer recycled napkin. These utensils are commercially compostable to compost within 180 days in a commercial composting facility, which may not exist in your area. These CPLA utensils may be washed in a dishwasher for reuse or make a great replacement for traditional plastic cutlery. The wrapper is also made from PLA and is compostable.
