Durable in design, these green sip lids are made from a tinted green PLA, a plant-based plastic.  These PLA cold cup lids, made from bio-resin made from corn are BPI® Certified Compostable to compost within 180 days in a commercial composting facility, which may not exist in your area. They are the perfect eco-friendly cold cup lids because they are made from renewable resources and compostable materials. With a perfect design for consumers and restaurant owners, these green cold deli containers meet the new labeling requirements for compostable food service products in Washington State and Colorado. Effective in 2024, these laws require certain compostable products to be labeled in ways that make them “readily and easily identifiable” as compostable.
